01 / Coaches

Your sport. Your players.

Each sport has its own head coach and support staff. Roster construction, preparation, tactical planning and development stay sport-specific. Pickleball has eight players per division across Pro, Legends and Academy, plus its Developmental practice squad. The padel and tennis head coaches lead separate rosters within the same franchise.

02 / Coaches

Make the matchday decisions

Guide tactics, substitutions and match decisions within your sport’s rulebook. The 20-second DinkClock belongs to pickleball; tennis and padel follow their own competition rules.

03 / Coaches

Help shape the draft

Work with the shared franchise GM / Director of Racquet Sports to scout and select players for your own sport. Pickleball’s combine and draft pathway is the first fully defined; tennis and padel retain separate competitive pathways.

04 / Coaches

A professional role
